Information we collect
When you contact Yonderform Studio, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, business details, project requirements and anything else you choose to include in your message.
If you become a client, we may also hold proposal, contract, project, payment and invoicing information, along with records of our communications and your feedback.
This website currently uses an email link rather than an enquiry form. The hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.
Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare requested proposals or quotations.
- To enter into and perform client contracts.
- To manage projects, payments, records and customer service.
- To protect the website, accounts and business from misuse or security threats.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are usually taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and pursuing legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to operate the business, including Microsoft 365 for email and business files and Vercel for website hosting. We may also share information with professional advisers, payment providers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's contractual and legal safeguards for international data transfers.
How long we keep information
General enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months. Core client, contract and invoice records may normally be kept for up to six years after the relationship ends where needed for tax, accounting, legal or business-record purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Essential hosting and security technologies may operate where necessary to provide the website. If optional analytics or tracking is introduced, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise a right, email hello@yonderform.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
