Projects are normally split into agreed stages, beginning with a non-refundable booking payment. The final balance is due before the website is launched or transferred.
02What do you need from me?+
You provide accurate business information, service details, branding assets and any photography you want to use. We agree the content responsibilities before the project starts.
03Will I own the website?+
Once the project is paid in full, you receive the agreed website deliverables and access needed to operate them. Third-party services, fonts, plugins and software remain subject to their own licences.
04Can you look after it after launch?+
Yes. Every package includes 14 days of launch support, and optional ongoing care plans start from £95 per month.
